PUIG brake cooler have been specially developed to meet the high demands of sporty driving, which puts heavy strain on the brakes. When the brakes are pushed to the limit, as is the case on the track, it can lead to overheating which reduces braking performance and feel, especially in the warmer months.

These protectors are manufactured and designed in Barcelona using the latest plastic molding technology. They consist of two premium ABS plastic covers, one for each disc and caliper assembly. These covers create a channel that captures air, compresses it and accelerates it, directing it directly to the brake pads and rotor. In tests carried out on the circuit, they have been shown to be able to reduce the temperature of the brakes by an average of ten degrees, thus preventing overheating and maintaining optimal operation.

In addition to their more sporty and personalized aesthetic appearance, their studied design eliminates turbulence at the level of the front wheel. By creating a partial lenticular cover, they promote the aerodynamics of the motorcycle, especially at high speeds. These guards feature sturdy, lightweight aluminum brackets, which are finished in a discreet textured black.

Their installation is simple and quick, and does not require any special mechanical knowledge. Just follow the detailed instructions provided on paper and available online. It is important to observe the recommended tightening torque to ensure correct fastening of the parts.
